New Features: Goals are here, Bookmarking, and more…
We've made some updates to our app and are excited to share new ways to support you in your swimming journey. Here's what you can look forward to when you open the FORM app today:
New Goals Design To Keep You On Track
Up until now, you've only been able to set one weekly fitness goal at a time in the FORM app, but we know that lots of folks – us included – like to have a few goals on the go, which is why you’ll now be able to focus on multiple goals at the same time.
We've also included a brand new goal around Swim Days. You might not always have the fastest or longest session, but we think consistency should be rewarded... and now it will be.
Tips for Setting a Swim Days Goal:
While we think setting a goal of three Swim Days per week is a great place to start, consider your specific weekly fitness goals: are you training for a race? Looking to PB? Or simply looking to feel more efficient in the water? Think about where you want to be, and then set a Swim Days goal that will help you get there.
Goal get 'em!
If you've ever seen a workout that piques your interest, but that you’re not quite ready to swim, this is the update for you. As of today, you can now bookmark any and all of the 1000+ workouts in our library to save and swim later.
To bookmark a swim, tap the bookmark icon next to any workout - including custom ones - that you would like to save for later. View the workouts that you've bookmarked on the Home Tab under "My Bookmarks".

Editing Workouts, Made Easier
The next time you click into a workout, the option to edit a copy of it will be a lot more obvious. Now, if you want to add your own custom drills, or shorten - or lengthen - your rest, all you need to do is click the pencil icon at the bottom of the screen, and you're in editing mode.

Swim, Swam, Swum A Workout
However you say it, one thing is clear: you can now easily identify if you've already completed a workout. When you click into the workout tile of a swim you've already done, you'll see the last time you swam that workout.
If you want to race against yourself, swim it again. If you're all about trying something new, you can leverage the "not swum" filter when searching for a workout for some fresh content.
