Lack of optic correction is quite a downside

I'm sorry that we do not currently offer prescription goggles and the goggles cannot be made to hold a prescription. The display is designed so you don’t have to adjust your focus away from your surroundings to read it. If you are able to see the pool without vision correction, you should also be able to see the metrics. The goggles are also reversible, so you can try both eyes if one has better vision than the other. However, if you need vision correction for swimming, the goggles would not be able to be adapted. I apologize for the inconvenience and will pass on your feedback to our product team. Happy swimming!

I'm a new swimmer and enjoy the heart rate information. Used them for a triathlon in SF Bay, and the open water compass is a bit squirrelly, but it's improving. Great tech support. Love the coaching.

The amount of data these goggles capture is amazing. It can be a little overwhelming but once you break down the data points it can really help see where you need to focus. The Form feedback is also helpful.

Another triathlete was swimming next to me at the pool one morning wearing a pair of FORM 2 goggles. I asked him how he liked them, we started chatting, became friends, and he offered to let me try his old FORM 1s. I ended up training with them all winter and put in 61k. Just did my first tune-up race of the season—a local one I do every year—and dropped 2 minutes off my swim for a new PR!
I didn’t grow up swimming (I played hockey), so swim form has always been a struggle for me. I’ll admit, I was originally drawn to the goggles because of the data. HeadCoach seemed kind of gimmicky at first, but it’s actually the main reason I’ve finally started to improve as a swimmer. I’m totally sold.
My own FORM 2 goggles just arrived in the mail—can’t wait to hit the pool in the morning!

These brought the eye pieces closer a tiny bit. I could still use one that is even a little shorter...but this was helpful to see the full screen.

Great goggles, with a great idea to include all that extra data from the heart rate monitor. However for either open swimming, or swim spa swimming (without a seperate fitness watch with GPS tracking) - they are somewhat limited. It would be great if you could calibrate them to your speed via swimming pool sessions, and then they use that data to also allow them to estimate distance (and hence speed) for open swimming or even swim spa swimming.
Also, they lenses are extremely susceptible to minor scratches. So you have to take GREAT care when looking after them. Though they are supplied with heavy duty cases to help with that.

I joined form nov 2024 as my personal xmas present. I set a goal to swim open water 4k marnaton in formentera this past May 3th. The result, great time, streight line and full control of my heat rate.
The open water feature is amazing, I gain 10min just because I didn´t lost the route to each buoy.
It´s the best product I evenr got, the app is amazin and the training plans are well created.

Love the hud concept of these goggles and the heart rate, hate the goggles themself. They are narrow lenses and me personally can’t see well out of them. They always fog no matter how much a clean them or tighten them. Also the fact that you pay $300 for the goggles you think you would be able to use the create your own work out feature. WRONG! They force you to by the premium plan to be able to really utilize them. It’s a waste of money, unless you’re going to actually use the head coach it’s not worth it.

Regarding the visibility, you may want to try changing the orientation of the display in the app so that you wear the display lens over your other eye instead. All you need to do is flip the goggles over so the display is on your other eye and change the display orientation in the goggles' settings or FORM app. We have had similar feedback regarding the visibility from a few swimmers but most happily find that the field of vision becomes less of an issue after a few swims. We're sorry this has not been the case for you and we will pass this feedback to our product team for consideration.
Fogging can occur for different reasons including changes in temperature, temperature difference between your body and the pool water, and other environmental factors. The best prevention for fogging is keeping the goggles clean and free of build-up. If rinsing and air drying the goggles doesn't resolve the issue, please can you try the following steps to refresh the anti-fog coating:
Rinse the goggles in fresh, warm water
Apply a small amount of dish soap on your fingertip
Gently rub the eye seals, exterior of the goggles, and head strap. Do not touch the inside of the lens (it's okay if soap and water get inside)
Thoroughly rinse goggles
Add a small amount of dish soap to the inside of the goggle lens
Rinse the inside of the lenses with the tap on full pressure, until water runs clear (no more soap suds)
Repeat as necessary (step 6 may need to be repeated a few times)
Note: Do not touch the inside of the goggle lens while dry. Do not use towel, paper towel, or any abrasive material when cleaning the inside of the goggle lens. My original Smart Swim 1 googles were excellent. I used them every day for over 2 years. The insides never misted up even after all this use. Chlorine deposits eventually built up on the inside. I needed a new pair. I have now had three Smart Swim 2 googles, two of which have been replaced due to faulty heart rate monitors. The latest set, which arrived two weeks ago, is following the same path as the previous two. The eye-up display lens mists quickly, and after 12 lengths of swimming, visibility slowly returns. This never happened with my Smart Swim 1 googles. The heart rate monitor is nice to have, but not at the cost of swimming visibility. In my opinion, Smart Swim 2 googles are a step backwards, not forward. After all this, I will not recommend Form to anyone else.

Game changer for in the pool while training, and for open water swims. Absolutely love the goggles and the data they provide. Cant imagine going back to regular goggles after having the Form 2 smart goggles! Most used swim gear in my bag.
