FORM is led by Dan Eisenhardt, a former competitive swimmer and sport tech pioneer. Surrounding him is an amazing group of people with the diverse backgrounds, skills, and personalities it takes to shake up an industry. Our shared drive makes us more than a team; to us, FORM feels like a community.
