The winner will work with FORM to select an eligible triathlon in the USA or Canada. The final event must be approved by FORM and meet the requirements outlined in the Official Contest Rules.
No. FORM will provide the FORM products included in the prize package, but you and your friend will be responsible for providing any additional equipment needed to train for and complete your triathlon.
Yes. The prize includes eligible fees associated with transporting your bike on your round-trip flights. Specific arrangements will be coordinated as part of your travel booking.
No. You and your friend will be responsible for providing your own bikes, bike travel cases and any other equipment required to safely transport your bikes.
FORM is not responsible for loss of or damage to your equipment or personal property during training, travel or participation in the race. Please refer to our full Official Contest Rules for complete terms and conditions.
Travel will be booked and coordinated through an outside travel agency working with FORM.
Entries are open from September 15 through October 30, 2026. Please refer to the Official Contest Rules for the exact opening and closing times.
The winner will be selected through a random draw in accordance with the Official Contest Rules. The draw will take place within 14 days after the contest closes.
