Incredible Customer Experience

My first pair of goggles, the HR sensor stopped working and when I contacted the customer experience team in search of help. The answer was more than satisfactory; they sent me a new pair!!
I have been using the Form goggles for over a year now. I love swimming with them and forgetting about counting laps among other things.

Great however head coach should not be part of a subscription

Without head coach, the goggles are not that useful, less live stats and workouts in the eye but watches can do that too. Wish head coach wasn’t part of the subscription.
Other than that, I like it. Wish there was a way to just have the highest priority skill show all the time.

A customer for life time

My swimming goggles had a defect in the heart rate sensor, which FORM notified me of, and the decision was made to replace the goggles with new ones. All customer service and follow-up were handled very professionally by the Customer Service and Logistics staff. I will be a lifelong FORM customer, as they have proven to me that they are a company that prioritizes customer satisfaction.
