We’ve recently identified a potential manufacturing issue with a small batch of the charging cables that have made their way to customers. In this instance, your cable may not charge and, in very rare cases, the cable may overheat. We have not seen any injury relating to this issue. However, in order to be overly cautious, we are proactively replacing these charging cables, at no cost to you.

Immediate action required

Please stop using your charging cable immediately. Unplug the cable and cut it in half before disposing of it – preferably recycling as electrical waste where possible.
